SUMMARY:Hepkats Swing Dance with the Silver Lining Serenaders
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to swing dance and dance the night away to live music at the local swing dance club\, Hepkats!  \n\nThe Silver Lining Serenaders all the way from New Orleans will be playing for us! $20 ($15 for Art Deco Society members) for the lesson and dance with LIVE MUSIC! We rotate partners during the beginning lesson so you don’t need to come with a partner and it’s a wonderful way to meet new people! Come get some exercise and develop a new hobby that will build your confidence. We will be going over 8-count patterns such as the ‘Lindy Circle’ and the ‘Swing-Out’. It’s perfect for both beginners and those with experience.\n\nLocated in a historical building built in 1931\, the Guild of the Vale has an awesome wood floor and a vintage feel that will make you want to dance! Street parking\, as well as the empty lot directly to the west of the building\, is available for parking.\n\nBeginning Swing Lesson with National Jitterbug Champion Dabney Hopkins & Rachel Borg from 7:15pm-8:00pm that will be followed by open dancing to The Silver Lining Serenaders until 11pm.\nCost is: $20…$15 for Art Deco Society members if you wear your pin! \nCash and Credit (+$1) accepted.Water sold at the door for only $1.\n\nOur venue is 200 N Macdonald Mesa\, AZ in the amazing historic building\, “Guild of the Vale”!
