Art Deco Fashion Show & Afternoon Tea at the Arizona Biltmore

Don’t miss this opportunity to view authentic and glamourous examples of Art Deco fashion from the 1920s and 1930s on live models during this one of a kind show. Enter the Aztec Room at the historic Arizona Biltmore and be greeted with live music, elegant afternoon tea, and true vintage fashion show. After the show, take a closer look at the garments as models & collectors mingle with guests, view our sponsor tables, and browse a mini history exhibit. All proceeds benefit the Phoenix Art Deco Society, a 501(c)3 dedicated to preserving, educating, and celebrating Art Deco design and cultural implications of the Jazz Age in Phoenix and around the world.

About the Aztec Ballroom and the Arizona Biltmore
About the Aztec Room and the Arizona Biltmore: The Arizona Biltmore Hotel is a breathtaking historic landmark located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. The hotel has been welcoming guests since 1929, and it has become an iconic symbol of luxury and elegance in the Southwest. The hotel was designed by Albert Chase McArthur, a former student of Frank Lloyd Wright’s, to create a unique vision of a beautiful resort hotel that would showcase Wright’s exceptional architectural style. The hotel was completed in 1929 with it’s original ballroom, the Aztec Room, covered with the original 18-karat gold-leaf ceiling and copper beams. The room is a testiment to the southwest, modern architecture, glamour, and the Jazz Age.
