Celebrate the 99th anniversary of Art Deco and the jazz age of the 1920s-1930s with a community picnic on the lawn, stellar jazz and swing bands, dance performances, competitions, vintage markets, lawn games, and more. 
Be a part of our volunteer team!

We are looking for both crew and and volunteers to work before, after, and during the event. Here are the positions we are looking for: 

  • Lawn Games Manager
  • Registration Assistants
  • Clean Up/Tear Down Crew
  • VIP Booth Manager
  • Water Station Assistants
  • VIP Picnic Managers
  • Auction Assistants  

Each position has different needs! We hope to fill these positions to give half shifts to all volunteers so you can enjoy all aspects of the lawn party. 

We love our volunteers! You will gain free admission with VIP access to this event.
