Join Phoenix Art Deco Society for an Art Deco walking tour of Downtown Phoenix! Put on your glad rags and discover the Architectural style that swooned the world in the 1920’s and smuggled itself into the young Phoenix cityscape amongst Italian Renaissance Revival, Spanish Colonial, Classic Revival and other fascinating architectural styles.

Marvel at the historic architecture of the 20s and 30s hidden in plain sight on this walking tour, and join us for lunch afterward.
We encourage you to dress the part as we embark on our 1.5-hour journey (walking shoes are recommended). 

Lunch will follow, but it is not included in the ticket price. Guests are expected to pay their own tabs.

• Get to know Art Deco and how it swept the world! 
• Discover how Phoenix moved from Adobe to Art Deco in just a few years!
• Enjoy the exquisite architecture of the Luhr’s Tower,  Hilton Garden Inn,  the Maricopa County Courthouse and other architectural gems in the downtown area. 
• Step into at least two luxurious Art Deco Lobbies.   
• Know your onions about how prohibition, flappers, the jazz scene  & more unfolding in the Phoenix area.    ​

Parking Options

• Heritage Square Parking Garage located at 501 E. Monroe Street.  Hourly rate is $4.00.  Daily rate is $12.00
• Free Parking is available along Pierce Street right next to Xanadu Coffee located at  625 N. 7th Street.  It will be a 10 minute walk from here.  Just walk south along 7th Street to Monroe.  Cross the street here where you will see the  Rosson House at the corner of 7th and Monroe.  

How to find us?  Your tour guide, Lori Ann, and the Phoenix Art Deco Society will be in front of the Rosson House waiting for you!  You will recognize Lori Ann her by her straw hat!

Where is the ending point? Hilton Garden Inn located at 15 E. Monroe.

Your guide, Lori Ann, has a background in design, international travel, and history and loves to share stories about the entire boatload. She is betting her bottom dollar that there are people like you who would love to explore with her!
