It’s 1929, and the Arizona Biltmore has opened its doors. You’ve heard about it – this Jewel of the Desert…and you are invited.

Esteemed guests, movie stars,  icons, presidents, and socialites all stepped into the enchanting hotel – a true architectural masterpiece that stands the test of time. Around every corner, new and exciting things await you. Perhaps you sip on a cocktail or sunbathe by the pool, or maybe indulge in a night of dancing and Hollywood glamour. There’s no wrong way to spend your time at the Biltmore, except for not joining the Phoenix Art Deco Society at our historic walking tour…

You are invited to join the Phoenix Art Deco Society for a private tour of the Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. This 90-minute walking tour will guide you through the history and stories of the hotel with a Biltmore historian. 

Stick around after the tour for photo-ops, sip on a drink or two at the Wright Bar, where it’s said the Tequila Sunrise made its debut, and mingle with other members.

Tours at the Biltmore are usually $50/person – the Phoenix Art Deco Society is able to offer our community this tour at a great discount! The ticket price for this event includes the 90-minute Phoenix Art Deco Society tour of the Biltmore Hotel. We have reserved a section at the Wright Bar to mingle after the tour. Note that guests will be expected to pay their own tabs at the bar.

All tour guests will meet us in the lobby of the hotel. After the tour, we will have time to take photos in the lobby. The bar will open at 4pm for everyone to mingle and have a drink at your leisure. 

PARKING: Biltmore does not validate parking. You can use valet parking or the self-parking garage.
