Put on your glad rags, pack your baskets, and join the Phoenix Art Deco Society in partnership with the Phoenix Vintage Society for our second edition of Jazz Age Picnic in the Park!

Step back in time for this acoustic trad-jazz concert, just like it would have been in Encanto Park years ago.

Bring your own blankets and chairs, bring your full picnic baskets, and have a lovely afternoon concert on the lawn. Enjoy vintage lawn games like bowling, croquet, giant chess, and more! We encourage you to get in on the vintage fun and create vintage-themed picnic set-ups, and put on your vintage or vintage-inspired attire! Alcohol is not permitted in the parks. Please follow the Phoenix Park’s Code of Conduct. 

Date: November 8, 2026

Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm – band will be playing 3 sets with short breaks in between.

Where to park: Parking is free. It will be best to park in the large lot off of Encanto Blvd. See: Encanto Park Map.

When to set up your picnic: You are welcome to arrive early to set up your picnic! Our team will start arriving at 12:30pm – feel free to meet us at the park to pick your sport on the grass and get your picnic ready.

What if I can’t make it by 1pm: That’s okay! Please join us anytime during the concert!
